    Chicken Spinach Salad ~ Oven roasted chicken, spinach, red onions, dried cranberries, mushrooms and a side of raspberry vinaigrette

    Bocconcini Salad ~ Slices of bocconcini cheese interlocked with fresh roma tomatoes, whole black olives, fresh basil, red onions, drizzled in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing
